**Your Responsibilities**:
**Instructional Excellence**: Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.

**Student Interaction**: Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.

**Additional Contributions**: Beyond the classroom, you'll participate in campus activities, events and meetings, assist with maintenance of an orderly classroom and lab, and contribute to a positive campus culture.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Must hold an active and unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in the past 5 years
- Must have either:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school,
- Valid teaching credentials
- Completed 1 year of full-time teaching in a state accredited or approved RN or LVN program.
- Meet all teaching requirements for community college or state universities in California.
- Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
- Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
- Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.

**Compensation: $93,600-$104,000k/annually (Based on Education/Experience)**

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
