Job Title: Help Desk Analyst (Onsite)
- Duration : long-term contract
- Location : Harrisburg, PA

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance to users, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Hold a 4-year degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent, with Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work effectively both independently and in team environments.
- Possess a strong customer service mindset.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft 365/Windows OS, Microsoft Edge, SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
