Description:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Responsible for carrying out production on layered and stained anterior (for all products) and complex cases
- Responsible for waxing, investing, casting, and finishing both emax and metal substructures
- Responsible for seating and completing monolithic zirconia units
- Responsible for Quality Control, to ensure that all steps of fabrication have been completed
- Responsible for reading and following Doctor's prescriptions and preference
- Responsible for always maintaining a professional demeanor and decorum
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and clean bench
- In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required
- Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or problems

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
- Hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work using magnification
- Attention to detail
- Able to plan and prioritize workflow, complete tasks on time
- Trouble shooting and problem solving
- Ability to learn and implement new procedures
- Work with mínimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent, CDT appreciated
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
