- The Early College Program Specialist works closely with the department’s Director and Dean
as well as internal and external partners of the Early College programs to ensure the success of Early College Program policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in an educational setting
Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; extremely organized and the ability to work efficiently; working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.**Responsibilities**
- 1. Provide all-around enrollment services for Early College Program students.

3. Collect and track dual credit instructor credentials, mid-term and final grades for Early College Program courses.

4. Assist with defining and implementing Early College Program enrollment, retention, and completion goals and strategies.

5. Disseminate information about Early College programs, which includes preparing and delivering presentations, meeting with small groups, and meeting with individual students and/or families
and staff.

6. Coordinate activities for new and returning Early College Program dual credit/dual enrollment students such as new student orientation, welcome night, campus tour, etc. for all dual credit/dual enrollment programs.

7. Work closely with Triton College faculty and staff tracking the status and progress of Early College programs students.

8. Notify and collaborate with local high school counselors or high school Early College Program liaisons to address academic, attendance, or behavioral issues involving Early College students enrolled in dual credit and dual enrollment courses.

9. Maintain confidentiality of student and course records.

10. Assist in development and distribution of promotional materials, guides, videos, social media content, and website.

11. Other duties as assigned.
