**Job Overview**:
Triton is seeking experienced Alarm Monitoring Specialists to join our Remote Guarding division, our newest and rapidly expanding arm. Operating directly from our Corporate Headquarters' monitoring center, this position represents more than just a role—it's an opportunity. The growth trajectory of this division opens doors for various advancement possibilities, making it an exciting time to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor alarm signals in a central monitoring center.
- Efficiently process and respond to alarm signals.
- Communicate effectively across various platforms (written, phone, in-person).
- Deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Proactively provide remote guarding services via AI-based surveillance equipment, ensuring immediate response to alarm activations.
- Utilize Machine Learning capabilities to offer proactive responses to emerging security threats.
- Monitor multiple screens simultaneously, adeptly manipulating technology to identify and prevent potential security incidents.
- Handle security events comprehensively, from inception to resolution.
- Craft detailed, concise reports relating to security events and incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of monitoring experience in a center processing alarm signals.
- Proficient typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Exceptional communication and strong verbal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Robust computer skills and familiarity with alarm monitoring software.
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
- Ability to perform duties with a high degree of urgency and accuracy.
- Above-average interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Upon a job offer and acceptance, Triton will schedule paid training for this position. All monitors are required to attend Security Guard training at our corporate office, which will include obtaining a California Guard Card. Triton will provide this training and the costs relating to Live Scan processing and criminal background checks. Additionally, there will be specific training and testing by our 3rdparty monitoring software. Upon successful completion of our training program, you will be certified as a Triton Video Patrol Officer and will be assigned a training officer for on-the-job training. Here, you will work side by side with your training officer and begin to process actual security events from our monitoring center. Your final phase of training will consist of your training officer’s evaluation and certification of your ability to successfully complete the job duties relating to Triton’s Video Patrol Officer (VPO).
