We’re looking for a rockstar Construction Project Manager to support our Founder and CEO at Gypsy, forging the way for innovation. As the Construction Project Manager at Gypsy, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the real estate industry, fight climate change, and aid in resolving the housing crisis.

**Your Role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Contractor Management: Select and manage contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards and customer requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Maintain positive relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, architecture & design, and operations, to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with company goals.

Safety and Compliance:

- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and contractors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits.

Budget and Cost Management:

- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

**What We Value**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in a prefab construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of prefab construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Desire to work in a hyper-paced, ambitious environment.
- A strong, insatiable passion for real estate and global sustainability is a hard requirement.

**Reporting Structure**

This position will report directly to the Founder and CEO of Gypsy.

**Pay Range**

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
