**Life Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity in Newark, NJ**

**Compensation**:
$55,000 - $85,000 at plan yearly
**Responsibilities**:
- Introduce potential clients to the range of services and products offered by the company to stimulate interest.
- Assess the financial needs of potential customers through effective communication.
- Participate in specialized training and certification programs provided by New York Life to improve professional skills.
- Obtain industry-specific licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as required.
- Proactively expand the client base by actively seeking out new potential clients on a daily basis.
**Qualifications**:
- A strong drive for personal and professional development is essential in this role.
- Building and nurturing relationships within the community and utilizing networks are key responsibilities.
- Upholding ethical standards is a foundational requirement for this position.
- A proven track record of success in the Sales industry is a prerequisite.
- Holding a valid Life and Health insurance license is highly preferred.
- Experience with a Series 6/7 license would be advantageous.
- Being bilingual is considered a valuable asset for this opportunity.
