Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Take guest orders and process payments using a POS system
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness in the host area and lobby
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Experience in a hospitality or food service environment
- Strong communication and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and seating procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
