**Job Summary**:The Spa Supervisor is directly responsible for the overall quality and consistency of the service provided at the front desk and throughout the spa. In addition, responsible for the supervision of the reception area at the spa. Includes guest interactions, answering phone calls, and training/coaching the advisor team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coverage of opening, closing and/or mid-shifts.
- Actively acknowledge and greet every guest who enters and leaves the spa.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Support Spa Director with staff scheduling in Book4Time to ensure maximum booking availability for guests.
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Train, coach and guide Wellness Advisors regarding front desk standards and expectations.
- Efficient scheduling of the front desk team.
- Oversee the retail operation, inventory and displays. Report inventory needs to Spa Director for follow-up. Conduct inventory spot-checks as well as monthly inventory.
- Act as spa leader in charge in the absence of the Spa Director.
- Supports Marketing Specialist to coordinate service promotions, specials & events.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years working in a similar spa environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a face paced environment.
- Flexibility with working hours: evenings and weekends required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
