Roofing Solar is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in public works projects to join our team in San Diego. As the Construction Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the successful execution of public works projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in public works construction will be essential to the success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Oversight**: Lead all aspects of public works construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budgetary standards.

**Budget Management**: Develop and manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenses, and making adjustments as needed to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Scheduling**: Create and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and milestones.

**Contract Management**: Manage contract negotiations, review subcontractor agreements, and ensure all parties adhere to contractual obligations.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all public works projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including permitting and environmental requirements.

**Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and project deliverables.

**Stakeholder Communication**: Establish and maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide regular updates and address any concerns.

**Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks, making proactive decisions to prevent delays or cost overruns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on public works projects.
- Strong knowledge of public works construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
