**Your Role**:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you are the embodiment of our vision and mission. You will:

- Offer personal care with dignity.
- Prepare meals with attention to dietary needs and preferences.
- Provide medication reminders, assist with medical appointments, and monitor health.
- Support mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Offer companionship, engaging in meaningful activities that enhance quality of life.
- Maintain a clean, safe living environment through light housekeeping tasks.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Compassionate individuals with a minimum of 6 months experience in providing personal care, ideally to elderly clients.
- A respectful, ethical approach, combined with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical endurance and a commitment to health and safety standards.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in emergency response and first aid (CPR).
