Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety skills
- Develop lesson plans tailored to individual or group needs
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their swimming abilities
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during lessons
- Monitor and enforce pool rules and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or in a related role
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate students effectively
- Knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Experience working with students in sports coaching or physical education settings
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Background in Cheerleading, Judo, or Basketball
- Experience working in a gym, health club, or sports facility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
