Budtender

Greet customers, answer questions, and provide professional assistance
- Recommend products and provide advice based on customer’s needs
- Ensure the store is clean and organized
- Receive and process payments
- Follow applicable laws and company regulations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Monitor and restock inventory
- Provide demonstrations of different products for customers in the store
- Educating customers about the properties and benefits of different cannabis products
- Recommending specific products to customers based on their discussions
- Retrieving inventory from shelves and storerooms
- Maintaining and storing cannabis products to ensure they remain fresh and uncontaminated
- Creating promotional materials, like social media posts and flyers, to promote dispensary events and new products
- Attending events, like trade shows and conferences, to learn about recent developments in the cannabis industry
- Remaining updated about new cannabis products and legal regulations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of Hemp products, effects, and uses
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
