Treasury Analyst - Full Time W2

**Location:

**Salary:

$70,000 - $95,000

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Review and approve customer withdrawal and deposit requests
- Investigate and report on any deposit or withdrawal breaks.
- Monitor, analyze and generate reports on the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties
- Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions
- Act as a treasury liaison with the company’s business units in setting up new banking accounts, services, and handling bank inquiries and related matters
- Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as needed
- Assist with short
- and long-term intercompany settlements and transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on cash position and movements
- Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules by cash department personnel for reconciliations of all cash-related accounts, all month-end processes, and all related journal entries
- Manage cash flow, income, liability obligations and assets

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required
- Ability to quickly understand complex transactions
- Experience with Google Sheets is not a hard requirement but would be nice to have.
- Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to produce / present data metrics in presentations.
- Proficiency in accounting
- 2-5 years of corporate treasury experience.
- Experience with SEC/FINRA Broker Dealer regulated institutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented and self-directed.
- Series 99 Licensed (Highly preferred).
