** Your Role**: As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- Take job orders from clients, (including but, not limited to routing shipments, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order)
- Maintain a high level of quality data entry and recordkeeping
- Provide clients with continuous notification and follow-up (including but not limited to flight and customs delays, proof-of-delivery, charges, problem resolution,)
- Work closely with Quick offices, service partners and Q/A representatives to ensure continuous follow-up
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
- Includes understanding the clients internal requirements and nuances to better service their needs
- Demonstrate ability to produce quality work on a consistent basis
- Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers
- Ensure compliance with all required training certifications
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service
- 1+ year experience in Air Logistics
