**Job Summary**

Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented individual to work assisting in operating and selling units at our busy facility in **Hayward, CA; Fridays 9 am - 6 pm, Saturdays 9 am -6 pm, Sundays 10 am - 4 pm, and Mondays 9 am - 6 pm.**

**Compensation and Perks**
- $19.00 per hour
- $10 -$20 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00 -$2.00 per hour - bringing the **combined potential equivalent compensation to between $20 and $21 per hour **and $250 signing bonus after 90 days

**Duties**
- Oversight of all day-to-day operations
- Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
- Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
- Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways, and disposing of debris

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Sales and marketing experience or mindset
- Passion for interacting with the public
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous property management experience a plus
