If this sounds like you, the Sales Coordinator position may be just the right fit As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in the overall success of our sales team, and it will provide you with a career path for growth to other sales positions in the Innventures family. Your ability to connect with people in a meaningful way and your hands-on attention to detail will both contribute to satisfied and loyal clients.

- Assists the Director of Sales with marketing and action plans to successfully drive revenue of rooms and food & beverage to the hotel.
- Preparation of sales contracts, rooming lists, group schedules daily using a sales system.
- Oversee group blocks and rooming lists daily ensuring accuracy using our reservation system.
- Greet groups upon arrival and acquaint the group coordinator with the hotel.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and oversees last-minute client requests with ease.
- Proficient with Internet tools used to prospect contacts for the Director of Sales.
- Meeting room scheduling and service for groups.
- Assists the DOS with visits to clients and at hotel special events.
- Prepare sales promotional materials.
- Participate in IV Sales Coordinator calls and functions.
- Support the sales goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Enthusiasm for hospitality sales and service is needed. Sales or event management experience in the hospitality or travel industry would be ideal but support and training will be provided. To be successful in this role, you need strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills. You must be able to drive, read, write, type, and use various forms of technology. You must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
