Bread Baker

We are a community bakery in Bushwick providing a welcoming and positive experience to all our community members. With quality-focused, locally-sourced ingredients, we create artisan bread, French viennoiseries, sandwiches and serve Sey coffee.

We are committed to using local farms for our dairy and much of our produce. Including sourcing wheat berries, rye and buckwheat from upstate farms and milling in-house. Experience in European artisan style bread and in traditional viennoiserie a big plus.

**Compensation based on experience and skills, as well as performance during trail.**

**Requirements**:

- Full-time availability
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the motivation to achieve excellent results
- **At least 2 year in a bakery or kitchen environment**

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $23.00/hour.
