**Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**

**Description**:
Evolve Behavior Therapy Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who wants to make a difference in the lives of children.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Clinician is a paraprofessional who works under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of the behavior intervention plans developed by the supervisor (BCBA/BCBA-D). The RBT will work under the supervision of the BCBA-D or BCBA.

The RBT also collects data and maintains client daily session notes on file.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement ABA strategies and techniques focusing on verbal behavior
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervised BCBA
- Work collaboratively with our team of professionals regarding patient care.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience working with children or teens with autism or other disabilities.
- FL Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills
- Must have passed the RBT Competency Assessment
- Must have passed the RBT Boards Exam
- Must have a Medicaid Provider ID
- Must have an NPI (National Provider ID)
- Must have current Level II Fingerprinting / Background Check On File
- Must pass Lee, Hendry, Collier County Sherriff's Office background check(s)
- Hold a valid school vendor badge (preferred)

**License/Certification**:

- RBT Certification from the BACB (**REQUIRED**)
- FL Medicaid Provider ID (**REQUIRED**)
- National Provider Identifier - NPI (**REQUIRED**)

**Job Type**:

- Monday through Friday
