**Full time Monday thru Friday**:
**Hybrid position located in Bourbonnais**:
Prepares facility actual vs. budget, payroll trends, budget variations and facility-to-facility comparisons as needed. Provides analysis of daily financial operations, KPI reporting and forecasting of communities. Assists with the financial compliance of communities as set forth by various agreements. Analyze new development and acquisition opportunities in a multi-state environment and create financial projections/pro formas for these projects. Provide additional financial analyses as required.
**Education and Experience Required**:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred plus 2-3 years of related budget/financial analysis experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Solver a plus.
