Coast One Tax Group is an A+ rated, top 10 Nationwide Tax Resolution Firm. We are looking for a Case Worker to Joint our team. **Paid Training will be provided.**

**Job Duties / Qualifications**:

- Review financial statements, reading income & expense analysis
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office ,Excel
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and deadline management skills
- BILINGUAL English/Armenian (_**Must be fluent in Armenian & English to be considered for this position)**_

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Assist attorneys and enrolled agents with case management, financial analysis & client service
- Collecting documents/financial information from clients
- Review and analyze financial documents
- Responsible for all client relations, including verbal and written communication
- Review case notes to provide clients with case status updates or request missing information
- Collect and scan documents into Client's case file
- Ability to understand and prioritize deadlines

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Tax experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Armenian ( required)

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
