**ob Summary T**:
he Irrigation Manager is responsible for all irrigation operations within the specified branch. This includes directing and scheduling technicians, staff and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective irrigation services to clients. The manager is responsible for providing updates to the branch manager and may be required to interact with customers from time to time. Essential to this role is the ability to build and lead the irrigation team to improve service delivery, culture, and growth in technical ability. The irrigation manager is a leadership position with the expectation that time will be spent in the field with the irrigation technicians to assist with trouble shooting, major repairs, and customer meetings.

**esponsibilities S**:

- upports the Account Manager(s) in estimating, design and client meetings as needed regarding irrigation design and installation. S
- ell irrigation services to clients, with or without base maintenance contracts, on their own. O
- versee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple technicians and staff. R
- esponsible for training and developing these individuals and providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance. U
- nderstanding client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s) M
- anage all irrigation services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work. I
- nspecting properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare specific action plan for service. A
- s necessary, performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands. W
- orking with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily crew schedules. E
- nsuring proper paperwork is completed for all employees. H
- ands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, techniques, safety, and quality standards. M
- aintaining and managing all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, and service schedules. O
- rdering materials as needed and monitoring costs and deliveries. A
- ssisting the Branch Manager in the performance of irrigation sales tasks as required.

**equired Education and Experience M**:

- inimal 10 years of irrigation service experience 5
- years of supervisory experience of a team of 2-5 mínimal E
- xperience with smart irrigation systems a plus, specifically Hydropoint, Baseline, Hydrawise, etc Irrigation certifications a plus but not required
