Hostess / Host

Job Summary:
We're a unique food truck on the hunt for a gracious host or hostess. We operate our food truck like an al fresco dining experience, not your typical street-side setup. Our aim? To ensure every guest feels truly special and welcomed. We want them to feel like honored guests, right at home despite the unconventional setting. We're determined to make it an exceptional experience. And it all starts with our outstanding host

We are looking for Full time and part time. We prefer full time.

Job is from 10 am - 4 pm. Tuesday - Sunday. MONDAY closed.

**Duties**:

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized host stand area
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items
- Utilize POS system for taking orders, accomadating refunds, gift cards, and any other special request

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of Toast POS or Clover POS is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to assist wherever needed to help the Food Truck run smoothly

Pay: $20.00 per hour
