Woman-Veteran owned Window Cleaning Company in business since 2007 hiring 1 part-time Window Cleaning Assistant to start immediately. We need a fast-learner Likely to become a Full-Time position by Fall.

$15/Hr during 2 Weeks of Training.

Promotion from Trainee to Assistant pays $18+ average, plus Tips. The faster you learn the more you make.

Promotion from Assistant to Technician averages 2-3 months with an average pay of $18-$25/hr, plus Tips

Promotion to Team Lead possible in 10-18 months - $25-28 Average, plus Tips.
- We are a small crew, so **you need to be reliable**.
- Office is in Ruskin and start time is 7am. If you cannot be to the office at 7am, you are not a good fit. Our crew runs on time every day.
- You will work Monday & Fri 6-12 hr days, averaging 20-30 hours per week to start, and Saturdays once you are able to work alone (4-6 weeks). Most days are 10 hour days, but some days are shorter, and some may be longer. **You must be flexible**. Most days you are back to the office by 5-530pm.
- Tues-Thurs work is available on occasion, especially Oct-Dec
- Accrue PTO Time
- Paid Vacation after 1 year
- Must have Good Driving Record. Our insurance company will not cover you if your record is not good.
- Must Pass Security Background Check. We work in people's homes and our insurance company want to ensure the safety of our clients.
- We are a Non-Smoking Workplace. Smoking and Vaping are prohibited on our property, in our vans, and on all job sites.
- Long-Term Position. **If you jump jobs every 6-12 months, you are not a good fit.**:

- Pay increases with productivity. If you are a slow worker, you are not a good fit. We want people motivated to work efficiently and that take pride in their work. Most of our Team Leads are averaging $25-$30/hr after just 12-18 months...plus tips, which can add up to another $2-$5/hr
- Ladder work is required. If you re unable or unwilling to work on a ladder, you are not a good fit.
- We work in people's homes. If you have issues working around pets, you are not a good fit.
- We work in heat, cold, wind, and rain, but safety is always our primary concern. If you are sensitive to heat or cold, you are not a good fit. If you cannot follow safety instructions, you are not a good fit.
- You will work independently some days. You need to be able to **problem-solve** minor issues and you **must be trustworthy**.
- Cell Phone with Data and Text **required**.

- Excellent Time-Management Skills a **MUST**

- English is a Must since you will be dealing directly with the customer.
