**Blaise Alexander** **Business Development Center** in **Downtown Williamsport, PA** is looking for **Customer Service Specialists **to join our growing team

**Training pay is $15.63/hr* (Opportunities available to make more after 90 days)**

**We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees. Must be flexible for nights and weekends.**

**Schedule is 8:30 AM - 5 PM with 2 days a week 11:30 AM - 8 PM and every other Saturday**

**A Day in the Life of Customer Service Specialist (but not limited to)**
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries
- Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goals
- Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales information
- Schedule sales appointments for dealership salespeople
- Collect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC database
- Maintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertise

**Key Goals to Meet**
- 6-8 confirmed appointments scheduled per day
- Number of outgoing calls per day: 80-100
- Create good public relations consistent with effective use of timelines
- Update and purify customer records
- Follow direction of the BDC manager and sales management team

**Qualifications include but are not limited to**:

- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean criminal background record
- Upbeat, positive, “smile” while you dial
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to manage heavy phone contact

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
