**Responsibilities**:

- Represent Thrive Therapeutic Services in a manner becoming of the profession.
- Conduct oneself according to the NASW’s Code of Ethics.
- Ensure HIPPA compliance standard for all intake, counseling, and insurance related situations.
- Evaluate each client situation and conduct an overall assessment with a recommended plan for action and intervention based on needs of the patient.
- Focus on individual, family, group, and marital counseling.
- Professionally document the counseling interactions into Simple Practice software in a timely manner.
- Maintain required Continuing Education Units and report them to the office manager.
- Maintain licensure with the State of Illinois.
- Maintain a collegial working relationship with other professionals both in and outside the organization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by CSWE is required.
- Licensure in Illinois; Licensed Social Worker, LSW.
- A high level of interpersonal skills to affect positive outcomes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.
- A team player who can collaborate with others in the practice, but who can also work independently.
- Organizational skills necessary to prioritize and manage an appropriate caseload of clients coupled with performing both case management and Clinical Social Worker functions.
- Basic software and computer proficiency.
- Analytical skills necessary to independently collect, analyze, and interpret data, resolve problems. requiring innovative solutions and to negotiate in sensitive situations.
- Must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and adhere to professional standards/ethics at all times.
- Must maintain a professional manner and attitude.
- Must maintain professional attire.
