We have been engaged by our client to recruit to fill the position of EH&S and Facilities Manager for their manufacturing site in Van Nuys. This is a 100% on-site role (no hybrid or remote). Successful applicants will possess a background in Environmental Health & safety, along with Facilities Management, within a manufacturing environment. **Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager/Facilities Manager located in Van Nuys, CA. The role involves overseeing all aspects of environmental health and safety within the organization, including developing and implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing facility operations. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in environment, health, safety management, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional certifications in environment, health, and safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management) is required
- Experience with facility management is a plus
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
