Overview:
**This full-time (Monday through Friday) from 8am to 5pm position is onsite at our corporate office in Barrington, IL**.**

- Count on us to troubleshoot technical issues of a basic and routine nature, supporting customers with website registrations and answering order entry questions.

- We have the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using conceptual thinking, approaching challenges with a creative mindset.
- Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns is one of our core skills, as we strive to demonstrate empathy and build strong rapport.
- Accuracy is paramount to us, and you can expect complete and meticulously documented work, including appropriate notations on customer accounts
- We actively engage in activities aimed at enhancing the customer service experience and driving overall business performance.

**What You Will Contribute**:

- You'll bring your valuable experience of 3 years in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- While a High School education is required, having a college degree would be a great advantage.
- We're looking for someone with a solid grasp of computer basics, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet usage.
