Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours for potential residents and showcase available units
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and contracts
- Provide administrative support by handling data entry tasks
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident concerns promptly

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in file and contract management
- Demonstrated sales and upselling abilities
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork efficiently
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
- Legal administrative knowledge is beneficial
