Job Title: Sales Support & Logistics

Job Description: Porous Technologies, LLC is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Support & Logistics Associate. **Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently organize and allocate incoming leads/projects, supporting the sales team with scheduling tasks.
- Gather and organize data using Excel and our CRM system, NetSuite.
- Prepare weekly reports for management, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries as needed with customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoicing for completed work.
- Engage in customer coordination and communication to provide exceptional service.
- Proactively address operational challenges and identify opportunities for workflow enhancement.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and multitask effectively with attention to detail.
- Organizational Proficiency and File Management

Experience of Interest (not required but valued):

- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM platforms.
- Previous experience in stormwater or construction-related industries.
- Background in trades or service business administration.
- Exposure to inside sales or support roles.
- Customer service experience, especially in a support capacity.

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
