We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Women’s Athletic Clothing Developer and Production Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and high-performance clothing specifically tailored for female MMA athletes, as well as managing the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Development**:

- Conceptualize and design women's MMA gear including but not limited to fight shorts, rash guards, sports bras, and training apparel.
- Collaborate with athletes, coaches, and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
- Ensure that all designs meet performance, functionality, and safety standards required for MMA training and competition.
- **Material Sourcing and Selection**:

- Identify and source high-quality materials suitable for MMA gear.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of materials to ensure they meet performance requirements and withstand rigorous use.
- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the entire production process from prototyping to final product delivery.
- Develop production schedules and timelines, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor production progress, identify any potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels and logistics to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to align product development with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in clothing development and production management, preferably in the sports apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of MMA training and competition requirements, with a focus on women's specific needs and preferences.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
