**Evening Nursing Supervisor RN/LPN**

**Job Title**: Full-Time Evening RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 3pm -11pm

**Description**:
Regalcare at Holyoke is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and support to our nursing staff during the evening shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate nursing care provided by LPNs and CNAs during the evening shift
- Ensure adherence to established nursing protocols, procedures, and regulations
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and monitor care delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and inventory management
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare providers
- Participate in on-call rotation as required

**Qualifications**:

- Valid RN or LPN license in MA
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred
