Jr. Processor

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in verifying applicant information
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation
- Support senior processors in loan origination tasks
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other industry standards
- Assist in escrow and mortgage servicing activities
- Knowledge of basic math principles
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures
- Understanding of credit analysis and FNMA guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in a banking or financial institution setting
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing software
- Proficiency in escrow procedures

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
