Concessions Worker

**Job description**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell concessions, attend to venue parking, and scan tickets for live events, film screenings, venue rentals, and collaborations hosted at Ridgefield Playhouse.
- Work closely with fellow Concessions Staff to help ensure our events run smoothly.
- Provide thorough notes to the House Manager regarding run of show, patron issues, facility functions, and general feedback.
- Assist in handling patron complaints and provide exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $15.69/hour + tips
