**Caregiver / Home Care Aide**

**GRISWOLD HOME CARE OF ROSEVILLE**, a renowned player in the caregiver industry is seeking individuals to join our team as part-time Caregivers in the Auburn and Meadow Vista areas. We value our staff and are committed to providing growth opportunities. We are also looking for amazing Caregivers to work with clients in Placer, El Dorado and Sacramento Counties.

**YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER**

In this dynamic caregiving role as a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial support to seniors during both day and night shifts. From minimum 4-hour care sessions to round-the-clock assistance, you will play a vital part in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including assisting with household chores, meal preparation, errands, and ensuring personal care needs are met with respect and dignity. Your compassionate approach will be particularly valuable when providing care for clients with cognitive impairments, where your patience and empathy will shine through. As a Caregiver, documenting your interactions and observations accurately and promptly is essential. By maintaining open communication with the office, you will ensure that the individualized care plans for each client are consistently met. Your dedication to making a positive impact on your clients' lives through high-quality care will be a driving force in your day-to-day responsibilities.

**WHAT WE EXPEXT FROM YOU**
- Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
- Current **_Home Care Aide Registration Approval Letter_** from the Department of Social Services
- A minimum of 1 year prior experience as a Caregiver and we will provide additional comprehensive training
- Must have recent TB Test completed. (within 90 days of hire)
