- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records, credit card billing, and electronic communications via the ERS portal.
- Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Assist with medical billing support, reports, and tasks as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Manage and organize medical records ensuring continuity of care for patients.

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of EMR office systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
