Position: Career Pathways Program Manager

Location: Headquartered in Oakland, CA, Hybrid Role

Reports to: Executive Director

Job Category: Full-Time Employee with Benefits

Hack the Hood (HtH) launched in 2013 to empower Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities to shift from technology consumers to technology producers, designers, and creators. At HtH, we believe that learning technical skills is not difficult, but learning how to thrive in a technology career pathway as a Black, Indigenous, Latinx leader is. Are you ready to join us in preparing Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities for the future of work?

This year, we are engaging in new, strategic visioning. After ten years in Oakland, we are increasing our impact by expanding our career pathways. There are exciting initiatives in the works for the organization. We are looking for a justice-minded Career Pathways Program Manager eager to build and grow with us. Is that you?
