Audiologist

**Introduction**

Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking qualified Audiologists (Au.D, M.A., M.S., PHD, MCD, Ed.D) to join our provider network as an independent contractor (WITH OWN OFFICE) to perform disability examinations for Veterans for the following locations:
**Manchester, NH**

*Applicants must have their own office within 100 miles of the job location

Exam Request Received > Testing and Exam Schedule > Provider Reviews Records > Veteran Exam Completion > Report Reviewed and Submitted

**Qualifications**

Audiologist
- Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Masters of Audiology (M.A.), Masters of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.), Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD), Masters in Communication Disorders (MCD), Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D)
- An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $67,000.00 - $202,000.00 per year
