**Position Summary: Custodian**

**Position Summary**:

- Ensures cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor are carried out in a timely fashion
- Utilizes proper training to clean up potentially hazardous materials or contact the appropriate authorities to handle such incidents
- Organizes cleaning items, disinfectants and other materials kept in storage, as well as cleaning equipment
- Requires repetitive and physically demanding tasks such as bending, pushing, pulling and standing for long periods of time
- Uses proper signage to communicate company information
- Regularly empties trash and recycling in designated areas
- Follows cleaning routine and schedule as set by supervisor including inside/outside facility housekeeping
- Works on special projects as assigned such as painting and using hand and power tools
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as a Custodian is preferred
- Prior experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment a plus
- Safety oriented
- Attention to detail
- Works with little or no supervision
- Must be able to tolerate seasonally hot and cold working environment
- Ability to work within a team environment. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Channelview, TX 77530: Relocate before starting work (required)
