**The Opportunity**

**This position works out of our Sturgis, MI location in the Abbott Nutrition division. **Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. **What You’ll Work On**
- Accurately evaluate, review, assess, and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner.
- Evaluate complaint documentation and investigation information to determine what level of further investigation, if any, is required to determine a possible failure of a device/product, labeling, or packaging to meet any of its specifications.
- Conduct final closure review of complaint case information.
- Be proficient with the complaint handling process and be able to review and assess customer complaints associated with division's products.
- Ensure evaluation and closure of complaints are performed in a timely manner.
- Identify cases requiring additional information and request information from appropriate sources.
- Maintain files per procedures.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

**Required Qualifications**
- Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years of Quality-related experience

The base pay for this position is $24.45 - $48.95 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
