We are seeking individuals with general experience working with children to serve as behavior technicians for our clients in the San Fernando Valley/ LA County/Palmdale.

Location: San Fernando Valley/ LA County/Palmdale (depending on your location)

Setup: flexible PART-TIME position

Schedule: 2-8PM Monday - Fridays, 9AM - 1PM (Palmdale)

Below is a detailed job description of the position available.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Highschool Diploma
2.Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
3.Min age of 18 years old.
4.Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting. Provided and paid for by us.
5.Ability to lift 10 lbs.
6.Good communication skills to be able to speak with parents.
7.Reliable transportation and VALID driver’s license (Good driving record)
8.Proof of ability to work in USA.
9. At least 1 year of experience working with children.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Perform behavior training for children in their home (Training Provided).
- Follow the behavior plan designed by the clinical supervisor.
- Track the overall progress of the child
- Aid supervisor in identifying new problem behavior
- Inform the case supervisor of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions
- Inform the supervisor of any changes in the client’s schedule.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- After school
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-home
