RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and direct all customers upon entry in a friendly manner.
- Assist with quoting process and billing issues.
- Operating Scale.
- Calculate payments for customers.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Keep paperwork organized for coworkers and Officials.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Experience dispatching trucks for material deliveries.
- Previous Weighmaster Certificate a plus but training is available.
- Experience with construction materials a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to pass drug screenings
