- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers, or suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees or organizations.
- **Prepare Paperwork**:

- **Data entry for DMV paperwork**:

- **Assist Finance with customer overflow**

**Essential Duties**:

- Maintains good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Processes financing deals accurately and secures approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
- Maintains a program through the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Accurately completes all DMV paperwork at the conclusion of a sale.

**Requirements**:.
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must possess strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and financial institutions.
- Experience a plus but not necessary. Training is provided
