We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who is interested in pursuing a sales position for a General Contractor. Your role would foster company growth and stability by cultivating long term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at all Initial Consultations well prepared with the goal of leaving with a signed Design Agreement or Letter of Intent
- Ensure each client’s vision and choices are accurately communicated to subcontractors and project manager
- Plan the scope of each project to be completed in the most efficient way
- Promptly, Proactively, and Accurately coordinate and follow up with subcontractors so you can price our Client’s projects as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality or accurateness
- Create long term client relationships
- Network and ask current clients for referrals to bring in new leads that didn’t originate from the Company
- Data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
- Notify Chief Brand Officer (CBO), Project Manager, and Client of any important changes.
- Maintain a synergistic relationship with the Project Manager to accomplish the client’s vision

**Preferred Education / Experience**
- Customer service background
- Reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Sales Closing skills
- Experience with Estimating Software
- Possess 3-5 years of industry sales experience
- Possess 5-10 years of construction estimating experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Industry knowledge of residential features & products
- Presentation Skills

**Compensation**:
Other than in-home meetings with clients, this position is work from home.

This position is paid as 1099 contractors. This position has the opportunity to become full-time with benefits within 6-12 months.

Own clientele - work from home days - independent - create your own schedule
