As a Desktop Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and servicing our advanced equipment and solutions at client locations. Your technical expertise and customer service skills will ensure our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications and IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide on-site training and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT, with strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Good knowledge of Office 365.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel within the Newark and Bergen County areas.
