Bindery Operator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, collators, and stitchers
- Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, collators, and stitchers
- Knowledge of color management
- Familiarity with print advertising and layout design principles
- Basic understanding of typography and CNC machining
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Irvine, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
