Apartment Groundskeeper

Camino Del Sol Apartments is a Tax Credit Senior Community (120-units) in Oxnard, CA is is seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper. This position is a great opportunity to join a great company.

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure the apartment community is presentable, free of debris and clean at all times
- Unlock common areas (ex. Laundry rooms, pool area, clubhouse) first thing each day
- Clean common areas throughout the apartments complex
- Pick up trash
- Clean office areas
- Assist Maintenance at times
- Oversees dumpster collection on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally and assist the Maintenance Technician with Team Lift for moving appliances
- Stand, walk constantly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Groundskeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
