Description:
Join our team as a Barista and immerse yourself in the art of crafting exceptional coffee experiences at our restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll bring your passion for coffee, precision in preparation, and dedication to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Espresso Excellence**: Expertly prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos.

2. **Brewing Mastery**: Create consistently high-quality drip coffee and specialty brews, showcasing your knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods.

3. **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

4. **Order Taking**: Efficiently and accurately take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments.

5. **Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about the coffee menu, including seasonal offerings and special promotions.

6. **Presentation**: Pay meticulous attention to the presentation of beverages, incorporating latte art when applicable.

7. **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, grinders, and the service counter.

8. **Upselling**: Suggest additional items, such as pastries or specialty drinks, to enhance the customer experience and contribute to sales.

9. **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

10. **Customer Satisfaction**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a positive and accommodating attitude.

**Requirements**:
1. **Barista Experience**: Previous experience as a barista in a restaurant or coffee shop is preferred.

2. **Coffee Knowledge**: A passion for coffee and a deep understanding of different coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles.

3. **Customer Service Skills**: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

4. **Attention to Detail**: Precision in measuring and brewing to consistently deliver high-quality coffee.

5. **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.

6. **Cash Handling**: Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.

7. **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset, working well with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.

8. **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
