Thanks for taking a look at joining our practice We aim to find a middle ground with our clinicians where they have the flexibility to engage and provide therapy based on their unique skills and qualifications with the support of an administrative team who works to manage all billing and varying levels of support with scheduling. Our main highlight is we help get new clients scheduled with each clinician based on their unique skills and scope of practice while each therapist manages scheduling follow ups to allow for the greatest flexibility with their schedule, while also assisting clinicians with gaining new experiences under supervision to help further develop and grow their practice.

Clinicians are expected to schedule 30-35 billable hours within a 4 day work week. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision insurance. As well as options for Life insurance, Short term disability insurance, Hospital Indemity insurance, Critical illness, Accident insurance, and many other supplemental insurances to all Full time clinicians. We also offer up to 140 hours of Paid Time off per year as well as 4 paid holidays.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Must have an Active license as Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the state of Virginia,
- Must possess basic computer skill

Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide therapy as part of a dedicated schedule you set, between 30-35 billable client hours required each week.
- Schedule follow up appointments with each client
- Complete Assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation as needed within 24 hours of each appointment
- Coordination with any other providers as needed for care of client
- Manage caseload to ensure only active or scheduled clients remain on caseload and maintaining needed billable hours
- Maintain Active License (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the state of Virginia)
- Maintain Active Malpractice Insurance

Calming Wind Counseling Services, LLC provides support by:

- Access to a easy to use and state of the art electronic health record (EHR) system that includes telehealth functionality
- Billing and collecting payments for sessions
- Marketing through out social media, website, and other directories
- Scheduling support
- Onsite Supervision

Calming Wind Counseling Services, LLC is an outpatient counseling practice that provides therapy in the Richmond, Virginia area. We also provide therapy to clients who are located throughout the state of Virginia through the use of our secure telehealth platform. Calming Wind Counseling Services, LLC provides services to clients who are children (age 5 and up), adolescents, and adults through individual, couples, family, and group therapy. We work with clinicians to make sure that clients are matched based on clinician's training and experience. Clinicians have the ability to manage their schedule based on the clinician's preferences and goals for their caseload. As a mental health service provider Calming Wind Counseling Services, LLC works to help clients gain access to mental health services through connections to programs and unique offerings to assist in reducing the impact financial hardships have on receiving appropriate mental health care.
