2nd shift position

The maintenance mechanic role conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service. Must be able to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service, reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Must have mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines. In addition, the role is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

**Experience with the following is a positive**:

- Bosch, Ilapak, 3M, Orion Wrappers, Hytrol, Dorner, Servo drives, PLC’s, 3 phase motors
- Bagging machines, VFFS, Conveyors
- Printers/Coders
- Hot glue
- Tape machines, case sealers
- Metal detectors
- Over wrap machines

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
